Responsibilities:
Assisting in the organization and constant updating of all employee files.
Sending out new policy changes to employees.
Organizing surveys and censuses, and populating the gathered information into excell spreadsheets.
Assisting in basic payroll functions.
Assisting in recruiting efforts, such as:
candidate screening, organizing evaluations, and functioning as an additional point of contact throughout the hiring process.
Credentialing Clinical employees into contracted facilities.
Organizing and staying up to date on Clinical employees' medical credentials and upcoming expiration dates.
Assisting in the day to day functions of the Human Resources department in conjunction with other departments, such as Operations, Scheduling, Billing, Finance, C-Suite and Executive, as well as the Clinical arm of the copmany.
REQUIREMENTS The Abillity to maintain a personable demeanor at all times.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to multi-task under pressure.
Strong organizational skills.
The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
The abillity to compose a professional letter.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, such as Microsoft Excell, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of Payroll processes a plus.
Basic understanding of HR functions as well as Human Resources Systems a plus.
High School Diploma Required Associates/ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is recommended, otherwise relevant experience in a similar role is counted as equivilent.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
